Renewals Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, dynamic Renewals Specialists to join their team!

Role:
- Oversee the entire renewal lifecycle ensuring accurate processing and timely execution
- Collaborate with the sales team on opportunity management and corrections to optimize renewal outcomes
- Proactively engage with clients at least 90 days prior to renewal dates to ensure a smooth renewal process and identify opportunities
- Assist clients with inquiries related to licensing, renewal maintenance and invoicing, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for expansion
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
