An exciting opportunity has arisen within an upmarket independent estate agency with a large network of offices throughout London and internationally.

Our client is currently looking for an exceptional Renewals Negotiator to join their team in effectively negotiating renewals and change of occupancies. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, an enthusiasm for the London lettings market, and a track record of providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include the following:

• Negotiating terms between the parties for replacement Tenants, Renewals and providing the relevant advice
• Building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with the lettings teams
• Adhering to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracy
• Progressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and completed within required time frames
• Maintaining and developing relevant compliance and legislative knowledge.

Skills and experience required:

• Excellent working knowledge of lettings and tenancy legislation and contract requirements
• Highly motivated and confident
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent and accurate written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
• High level of IT skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive.

The salary for this role will include a basic of £27,000 to £28,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £36,000 to £39,000. You will have the opportunity to work 2 days a week from home after your probationary period.
