The Opportunity:

  • Join a friendly and engaging team of Conveyancers working on a quality workload of Residential Property transactions.
  • An opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to handle your own caseload of work and provide clients with an outstanding level of service.
  • An attractive comprehensive range of benefits is on offer that includes largely remote working, with office visits expected around once per month.

You will have:

  • Demonstrable experience and ability in handling a varied caseload of Residential Property transactions independently from start to finish including title checks and enquiries.
  • Experience of shared ownership and new build preferable.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
