The role

As a Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Trainer, you will be working with a caseload of apprentices within Health and Social Care Services, supporting, coaching and mentoring them through their apprenticeship qualification. As this is a remote role, you will have the flexibility of working from home and running 121 training sessions, supporting your learners over Microsoft Teams, and prepping them for your face to face visits which are held every 18 months (or as/when required).

You will be delivering the full apprenticeship standard which will include Functional Skills, however there is a huge amount of support internally to help with this, along with modern technology which will save a lot of time on admin!

Location: Croydon & surrounding areas

Contract: Permanent, 5 days a week

Salary: £30,000 (Plus £10,000k bonus, reliant on KPI's)

Requirements of enrolment:

• Experience in a mangegerial position in a HSC setting (e.g care home)
• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification
• Relevent teaching qualification or assessing qualification
