This established Thames Valley Employment Law firm acts for employers and executives across London and the Thames Valley region, operating across a wide range of sectors which include Education, Software & Retail, and is currently continuing its expansion. 

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an Employment lawyer seeking better quality and broader remit of employment matters but also want the flexibility to 100% WFH. 

You will be required to:

• Provide specialist employment law advice to both employees and employers
• Advise on settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforcement of restrictive covenants
• Have previous experience of acting on contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and the High/County Court
• Provide advice to employers and employees on non-contentious employment matters including drafting employment contracts, terms, policies and procedures
