Relief Clinical Pharmacist

Evolve is currently seeking a highly motivated Relief Clinical Pharmacist to join a reputable pharmacy organisation in providing vital support within Outpatient Departments of various Hospitals across the Midlands, based primarily in Nottingham (NG5).

This is a full-time, permanent position based in dynamic healthcare environments, requiring a commitment of 45 hours per week on a rota basis, with occasional weekend work involved.

Ideal Requirements for the Relief Clinical Pharmacist

• GPhC registered Pharmacist.
• MPharm degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and listening ability.
• Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team.

Role Responsibilities for the Relief Clinical Pharmacist

• Adhere to GPhC regulations and contractual duties while dispensing prescription medication to the public.
• Assess and interpret GP and hospital doctor orders, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential therapeutic issues.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including workflow management, medication verification, and providing pharmacological guidance to healthcare professionals and patients.
