Relief Clinical Pharmacist

Evolve is currently seeking a highly skilled GPhC registered Relief Clinical Pharmacist to join a prestigious pharmacy organisation in providing vital support within Hospital Outpatient Departments across London.

This is a part-time, permanent position requiring a commitment of 27 hours (3 days) per week and will not be considered on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to travel across London as needed. Coverage will encompass various hospitals, including those located in the following postcodes: NW1, WC1E, W12, W6, W2, EC1A, E1, E11, E13, CR7, SE13, SE18.

Ideal Requirements for the Relief Clinical Pharmacist

• GPhC registered Pharmacist.
• MPharm degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and listening ability.
• Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience of leading and managing a team would be beneficial.

Role Responsibilities for the Relief Clinical Pharmacist

• Adhere to GPhC regulations and contractual duties while dispensing prescription medication to the public.
• Assess and interpret GP orders, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential therapeutic issues.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including workflow management, medication verification, and providing pharmacological guidance to healthcare professionals and patients.
