We are currently seeking a reliability to join one of our most prestigious clients, operating in the FMCG manufacturing industry; they have been at the forefront of the market for many years now and show no signs of slowing.

Role Function:

Take responsibility for your designated area of the facility, ensuring that all inspections/PPM are carried out to a high standard. Take full ownership of the condition of the engineering systems to plan and prioritise engineering activities.

Some daily responsibilities will include:

• Driving route cause analysis on site to identify long term solutions
• Prioritise engineering workloads in your area
• Data collection and analysis related to the electrical/mechanical machinery/systems in your area.
• Attending daily meetings with engineering & production functions
• Continually improving the PPM schedule, identifying opportunities for progress.
• Working hands on with the engineering team on major breakdowns/projects.

In order to be successful in this position, you should meeting the following requirements:

• Previous hands on experience working as part of a maintenance engineering function within a manufacturing/process facility.
• Previous experience working within food or fmcg manufacturing (beneficial)
• Qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering
• Previous experience of working in a reliability led role or at minimum have a competent understanding of predictive maintenance.
• Strong computer literacy, the ability to analyse data.
