Pay rate: £90.00 - £110.00 per day (depending on experience)

Setting: Mainstream Secondary School

Start date: ASAP Start

Duration: Long-term with view to go permanent

Active Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Mainstream Secondary School in Ilford, who are looking for an experienced Reintegration Officer to join them ASAP, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. As a Reintegration Officer, you will play a key role in helping to make an impact for students with special behavioural needs to get back into a mainstream education setting.

Roles and responsibilities of the Reintegration Officer:

  • Develop mentoring strategies and programmes to support the personal development of students who have been internally excluded.
  • Promoting students’ learning, progress, and successful reintegration into mainstream education.
  • Maintain accurate records on My Concern/SIMs to track student progress and interventions.
  • Collaborate with staff, agencies, and providers to deliver a programme of learning activities tailored to students' needs.
