Regulatory Reporting Policy Manager VP
We are partnered with a SME within the European Investment banking space is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Policy Manager (VP).
You will be working in the Regulatory Policy team covering all aspects of regulatory policy for the UK and EU entities. The team covers prudential regulation primarily relating to capital adequacy, large exposure and concentration risk, and leverage.
You will work to a hybrid weekly schedule where you will be expected to be in the office three days a week.
Key responsibilities are listed below but not limited to this only.
- Horizon scanning - ensuring that the European entities are ahead of regulatory changes.
- Regulatory interpretation - working with the Production team to assist with any interpretations.
- Policy management - preparing and maintaining regulatory policies.
- Working with the Change team on implementing new rules.
- Ah hoc regulatory requirements.
Requirements for this position.
- Excellent understanding of UK and European rules (including CRR, IFPR, IFR).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Wealth Management businesses.
- Good presentation skills as the role will require interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of wider regulatory environment.
- Experience working with or at regulators.
