Regulatory Reporting Manager
This manager role is responsible for the management of the two of direct reports as well as BAU transaction reporting. Addionally, the role holder is expected to be well-connected in the industry and will attend the industry events and seminars when necessary.
Key Tasks:
- Monitor and understand ongoing regulatory reporting obligations.
- Ensure timely delivery of daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc regulatory reports.
- Supervise team members to maintain high standards, providing training and development.
- Foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Implement and maintain robust control measures, regularly assessing risks and controls.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of EMIR, MiFID II, MiFIR transaction reporting expereince.
- Prior experience of managing a small team is ideal.
- Experience in using platforms such as UnaVista; Tradecho; DTCC; RHUB and Kaizen is desirebale.
- Experience in leading Regulatory Reporting global-wise projects.
- Strong English language written and oral communication
