A top-tier Investment Manager seeks a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and comprehend the Firm's ongoing regulatory reporting obligations
  • Ensure remediation and re submission of transactions within Regulatory deadlines or agreed time frames
  • Supervise the work of team members to maintain high standards, offering appropriate training and development programs for continuous competency and knowledge sharing
  • Conduct regular risk and control assessments, recording and demonstrating a robust control environment, and promptly addressing any failing, missing, or inadequate controls.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with demonstrated team management experience.
  • Excellent detailed knowledge of MIFID, EMIR Refit, UKMIR, and Refit mandatory
  • Desirable experience includes AIFMD, Shareholding Disclosures, and SFTR
  • Experience in using the following tools and platforms: UnaVista; Tradecho; DTCC; RHUB and Kaizen
