Our Client is an innovative, market leading Fintech SaaS company. They help financial institutions both adopt digitalisation and automation through their platform that enables their clients to leverage the power of technology to maximise efficiencies, reduce costs, ensure compliance and drive new revenue opportunities.

Following number years of consistent growth and acquisition they are now looking to strengthen their Risk, Regulatory and Compliance practice.

Position Overview:

This position involves ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting research, and providing training on statutory forms, risk screening, and regulatory API integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse regulatory changes' impact on software solutions.
  • Prepare and optimise regulatory reports within software systems.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis for regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance data integration for reporting.
  • Liaise between departments for seamless data flow.
  • Conduct training sessions on regulatory reporting processes.
  • Offer consultation on regulatory compliance matters.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process enhancements for regulatory reporting.
  • Conduct research on emerging regulatory trends and technologies.
  • Ensure software solutions align with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Regulatory Reporting Analyst.
  • Expertise in CRS/FATCA regulations and reporting.
  • Understanding of risk screening procedures.
  • Experience with regulatory API integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of financial products and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5 days (minimum) per month in their Surrey based office
