Regulatory Operations Analyst - Hedge Fund - £80-100k base 50 bonus potential

The role has a broad remit, split roughly 50/50 between BAU and project work – it will expose the hire, heavily, to senior management and multiple industry leading investment professionals. Whilst core to the role is daily ownership / implementation of the regulatory reporting process, a large proportion of the role is dedicated to project work / business analyst responsibilities - this can focus on process improvements / infrastructure development for the remit that you cover, or more broadly it can be ad-hoc project work (for business heads or specific investment desk / strategies) that you take ownership of.

We are looking to hire somebody that is ambitious and would like to progress within the firm – my client are one of the most progressive hedge fund firms on the street. From this role, internal moves into trading assistant, sales, risk, compliance or business manager roles are plausible, as are internal moves to international satellite offices.

Candidates should have 2-5yrs experience in either hedge fund operations, an IB clearing operations function, or a prime brokerage operations / middle office team.

The role is offering an £80-100k base salary range. A strong performer is effectively guaranteed to earn a 50% bonus. The fund also offers a world class benefit package and fully subsidised industry qualifications.
