HR GO are seeking a Regulatory Associate for our Global Manufacturing client based in Folkestone. This is a temporary role and offers hybrid working. The Regulatory Associate is handling tasks to support regulatory processes and projects and may lead a minimal complexity project. Responsible for tracking and coordinating registration activities and providing support for regulatory submission activities. This position works with Commercial/Sales, Marketing and R&D and may interface with Quality and Supply Chain.

In this role you will be working to support the Regulatory Team and distributors in Europe, Africa and Middle East, providing timely submissions in support of new and marketed products.

You will be required to oversee projects and liaise with internal groups to appropriately inform customers of any changes to products. You will be required to log and report registrations using our in house systems. You will have the ability to work independently and demonstrate forward thinking.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Working with other departments to collate and build technical documentation

  • The ability to match product names to internal product codes and abbreviations

  • Using Government websites to apply for documents and forms

  • Understanding product changes and coordinating notifications to distributors

  • Arranging formal signatures on documents and overseeing the Legalisation of documents

  • Uploading registration tasks to the database and maintaining license details

  • Maintaining folders and documents

  • Liaising with distributors, internal departments and governing bodies

  • General Administration tasks

Education and Experience

  • University degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience directly applicable to the position

  • Current experience in a regulated function (e.g., Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Research, etc.)

  • Contributions focused on functional execution elements; needs direction

Skills & Competencies

  • Team minded, detail-oriented, proactive self-starter

  • Strong Administration Experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal Skills

  • Great organisation skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Self-Starter, Forward Thinker and Pro-active ; ability to work independently on routine activities with a minimum of day-to-day supervision

  • Microsoft office and IT Skills -demonstrated capability with Word document processing, Excel spreadsheets, MS Teams and Sharepoint
