Toxteth, Liverpool / £20 ph + Paid Breaks / Nights

Registered Nurse required. My client is a very well respected, not for profit organisation supporting the people of Liverpool and Sefton who are over 50 to live a fulfilling life. This service, located in Toxteth area of Liverpool offer support to 30 older people living with mental health conditions.

Registered Nurse benefits include::

Registered Nurse Duties include:
* Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard
* Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission
* Creating individualised care plans for residents
* Safely administering and recording of medication
* Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers
* Supporting the care team and delegating tasks

Registered Nurse Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with Valid Pin
* Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice
* Proven track record of person-centred care planning
* Experienced leader and mentor
* A passion for delivering high standards of care
