Immediate start for three months initially

THE ROLE
- Ensure the efficient management of the assessment process, ensuring all assessments are processed in a timely and efficient manner, with attention to detail and providing the highest level of customer service.
- To be the first point of contact for assessment queries.
- Maintain and develop the administrative processes and update the Student Records System to ensure the accurate and timely publication of assessment results for all Assessment Boards.
- Act as clerk for all Assessment Boards conducted.
- Manage the Extenuating Circumstances process.
- Manage student changes of study process.
- Co-ordinate auditing of all student and course data in the student record systems (SITS) to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Assisting with the enrolment process.
- Work co-operatively and flexibly within the Registry Team, adopting best practice and providing cover when required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Strong Excel skills to include V-Look-Up essential!
- Experience of University administration in a Registry department essential.
- Experience of organising and planning own workload.
- Experience of dealing with many enquiries by email and via phone.
- Experience of working to and meeting deadlines
- Experience of working with Student Records System, preferably SITS.
- Works collaboratively and harmoniously within the team and more widely with all significant others.
- Communicates clearly orally and in writing.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships openly and honestly, using every medium appropriately and with consideration for the audience.
- Makes optimum use of appropriate digital technology and IT systems in all aspects of the role, particularly the ability to operate in a Virtual Learning Environment.
- Understands, uses and presents numerical information clearly and accurately, according to the requirements of the task in hand.
- Good Literacy Skills.
