Position: Registered Nurse
Pay rate: £22.74 per hour, Earn up to £42,588 per annum + Outstanding employee benefits!

A family run organisation with over 10 homes across the UK, they are known to have a refined support system in place, providing their staff with the best development and support!

The well-established home has a luxurious and modern environment and has recently undergone NEW MANAGEMENT. With a GOOD CQC rating and OUTSTANDING in caring, the home boasts longstanding success, they cater to residents with standard general nursing care as well as providing palliative care, respite care and specialist dementia care.

You will be a named nurse for no more than 23 residents and have strong team of carers to assist.

Your role will be to oversee all things clinical; ensuring governance and compliance are upheld and promoting infection control/clinical excellence; on some occasions there are 4 Registered Nurses on shift as clinical managers maintain their clinical skills by assisting on nursing rounds!
