The provider is a top large 20 care home provider; awarded this accolade for the last 3 years consecutively and boast an excellent CQC report! This home is also rated good with CQC and boasts an art lounge with a professional art teacher, a well-furnished IT suite, beautiful grounds including a six-a-side sports pitch, a bowling green, and two registered tennis courts.
This service provides 24-hour rehabilitation care and support for people aged 18 - 65 years living with complex needs and neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury; each unit has its own dedicated unit manager and you will be supported by a clinical services manager and home manager.
You will be a named Registered Nurse for no more than 14 residents with several well-trained care staff to assist you and your duties will be to promote clinical excellence, keep records and maintain clinical governance within your unit.

Applicants for the Registered Nurse role should be NMC registered and RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified; we will look at newly qualified and more experienced nurses ideally with a passion for elderly care and dementia care.
