Registered Nurse

Reed Health and Care are looking to recruit experience and dynamic Registered General Nurses on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.

Our client is a CQC ‘Good’ Rated service offering luxury residential, nursing and dementia care and can accommodate up to 80 residents.

As a Registered Nurse you will be an integral part of the service, ensuring high levels of clinical expertise with a genuine and caring approach. In return the organisation offers staff continuous professional development to ensure they remain up to date with current best practice and deliver high quality, person-centred care to its residents.

As a Registered Nurse  you will be expected to:

Assessing the Physical, Psychological, Social, and Emotional needs of residents

Administering Care and Medication

Maintaining patient records and developing care plans

Supervising and training junior Nursing Staff

Supporting the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults

For the Registered Nurse Role, you will need the following:

RGN Qualified

Valid NMC Pin

Knowledge and Understanding of the Dementia and Mental Capacity Act

Right to Work in the UK

A UK Driving Licence is Desirable, due to the location of the service

You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
