Registered Nurse - Wards - Modern Hospital in Reading - Up to £30,000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the dynamic team at a prestigious Private Hospital in Reading as a Registered Nurse on the Wards. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a passionate and dynamic team where your contribution really matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of patients.
  • Monitoring and assessing patients' conditions, and administering prescribed medications.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Providing support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
