We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on an adhoc basis to provide exceptional care across multiple hospitals in Uxbridge As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in various clinical settings.

Roles needed:

Registered nurses - ITU, RGN, RCN , A&E, Paeds, Midwife's

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to individualized care plans and clinical protocols.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient's health status, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient's progress, report any changes in condition, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, preferably in NHS Trust or Private Hospitals.
