Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes in accordance with their individual care plans;
• Assisting our clients to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible;
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols;
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or critical situations, following established protocols;
• Being a team-player with good communication skills and ready to liaise with clients and cooperate with care staff, clinical staff, family members and the management team;
• Good reporting skills to complete necessary compulsory and incident reporting;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Our Requirements:

• Formal UK Nursing education graduate;
• Excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate and client-centered care;
• Willingness to cooperate with us in completing Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Assessment and Registration and Workers Screening Clearance processes;
• Demonstrated experience in a healthcare setting;
• Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and best practices in UK nursing.
