Registered Mental Nurse responsibilities:

All mandatory requirements:

• Registered RMN
• Experience of managing and mitigating risk in community settings
• Experience of community crisis management
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and other application legislative frameworks
• Knowledge and experience of child and adult Safeguarding
• Car driver with access to a car for work.
• Experience of working independently
• Experience of working with other disciplines within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience of working collaboratively with carers to meet both the needs of the carer and service user
• Experience of delivering brief therapeutic interventions
• Personal qualities required: positive, dynamic, flexible, friendly, team workers, with a 'can-do’ attitude.

Contract of Registered Mental Nurse:

7 day week, covering service hours of 0700-0000

Early - 0700-2000

Mid - 0830-2130

Late - 1100-0000
