Day Webster Recruitment Agency is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our nursing division. As an RMN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, and providing therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for improving the mental well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments
  • Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Administering medication and monitoring its effects
  • Providing therapeutic interventions, including counselling and psychotherapy
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress

Requirements:
  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an RMN
  • Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working in mental health settings

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
