Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Band 5 or 6
Location: Manchester
Type: Full-time, Temp, Contract, flexible hours
Working Hours: Ad hoc on going 3 month’s
Salary: £28 - £30ph

Role Summary:

you will be working for a national charity that is part of , a national group of charities that are highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence

About the Role:

Supported Housing Service is tailored for each person using the service with the ultimate goal to help people manage their accommodation and assist them with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.

The role as a Nurse Practitioner we are looking for ;

- Qualified RMN live Pin

- Administer Medication

- Medication Audits

- develop a plan of care with that person, and assist them through their difficult time by empowering them and enabling them to take control over their health.
