We are seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a residential home based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager who is looking to take on a new challenge and progress a home into further success.
Day to day of the role:- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
- Lead and manage staff effectively to deliver excellent care to residents.
- Oversee the care planning and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of service.
- Manage budgets and work towards the financial sustainability of the home.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
- Hold a relevant Level 5 or higher qualification in Health and Care in Management and Leadership.
- Hold a relevant Level 3 in Health and Care.
- Proven experience in managing an elderly residential home.
- Strong background in leadership and communication skills.
- Detailed understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
- A compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering quality care.
- A starting salary of £45k per annum with regular reviews and bonuses linked to the success of the home.
