We are seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a residential home based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager who is looking to take on a new challenge and progress a home into further success.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
• Lead and manage staff effectively to deliver excellent care to residents.
• Oversee the care planning and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of service.

• Hold a relevant Level 5 or higher qualification in Health and Care in Management and Leadership.
• Hold a relevant Level 3 in Health and Care.
• Proven experience in managing an elderly residential home.
• Strong background in leadership and communication skills.
• Detailed understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
