Our well-established client located in Liverpool, are seeking a Registered Manager supporting children with emotional challenging behaviours. To join their team. On a Full time, permanent basis, with a salary up to £60,000. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, looking for their next challenge.

Main Responsibilities
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential childcare facility, ensuring high-quality care for children and young persons. - Assessment and Planning: Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement strategies to address the specific needs of each child. - Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents, staff training, and facility operations. - Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, families, social workers, local authorities and professionals to enhance the overall care and well-being of the children. - Compliance: Ensure the home operates in accordance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
Skills Required
MUST hold the following:
NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management
Full UK driving License with access to your own vehicle.
Experience working at Senior Level, EBD Residential Childrens Home
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations
Strong Management skills
Excellent organisational skills
