Job Summary: As Deputy Manager, you'll collaborate with the Registered Manager of our Residential Childrens Home to oversee budget management, staff development, and maintain placement plans and assessments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to the home's mission
Knowledge of children's homes regulation 2015
knowledge of quality care standards and the SCCIF
Provide strong leadership for personalized childcare
Apply relevant legislation and regulations effectively
Implement and comply with quality standards, promptly addressing improvements post-inspections
Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for effective communication
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Relevant skills like First Aid training are advantageous
