An established complex care home situated in Redhill, Surrey, is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large care homes and demonstrate a strong commitment to developing and empowering their staff team.
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the complex care home, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
