Halcyon Care Northwest are excited and proud to be working with a family owned, specialist mental health provider, offering bespoke, person centred care to adults with varying mental health needs. The company began 3 years ago, with the owner of the business having one aim in mind, to deliver high quality care, promote independence and empower their residents to help them build a better future for themselves.

Their flagship service opened around 18 months ago, offering specialist care to 16 residents, with diagnosis including schizophrenia, acute bi-polar and psychosis. The newly refurbished bespoke home is a safe, relaxed, homely environment, offering its residents 24-hour support for their ongoing needs, which is delivered by their highly experienced staff and senior management team.

As the Registered Manager of this flagship home, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills as a senior manager and will be responsible for building an experienced dedicated team around you. A demonstrated managerial history working in mental health services is essential, due to the complexities of the residents you will be supporting. Due to the current needs of the service, it is a necessity you have sound knowledge around CQC and its framework, as you will be working closely with the senior management team to create and implement a business improvement plan to get the service back to where it needs to be.

In return for your full commitment to the role, you will be offered an annual salary of between £35,000 - £70,000. This includes a base salary of £35,000 and an additional bonus scheme of £10,000 per quarter, this bonus scheme is based on 3 main KPI's including home occupancy, CQC rating (Good) and agency spend as well as a generous benefits package. You will be working with an experienced senior team with a dedicated background in mental health care, enabling you to build your skills and knowledge in the sector. If you’re a senior manager looking for your next challenge and somewhere with fantastic progression opportunities, then this is the role for you.
