Registered Manager

Reed Health and Care are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of home care services in Bolton and surrounding areas. We are looking for a registered manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of our high-quality care to our clients.
As a registered manager, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff recruitment, training, supervision, and retention
• Providing effective leadership and support to the care coordinators, supervisors, and care workers
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and other health and social care professionals
• Promoting the rights, dignity, and independence of each client
• Growing and developing the business and ensuring customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Experience of managing the delivery of social care services as a service manager
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• A caring, positive, and supportive attitude
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
