About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring that both staff and young individuals feel secure, safe, and motivated within the home environment. Our client’s Children's Homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes for them. They provide a holistic service, addressing every aspect of their developmental needs, with input from various clinical professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations within the home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Facilitate new referrals and contribute to creating pathways for young people's development
- Create a supportive and nurturing environment for young people to reclaim their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults

Requirements:
- Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for making a difference
- Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
