Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality domiciliary care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase private hours of care, ensuring growth and sustainability.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and policies, maintaining exceptional levels of service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their needs effectively.
- Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to staff, promoting a positive work culture and professional development.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care, demonstrating successful leadership and service growth.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and external partners.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive private care hours growth.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes to achieve organizational goals.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care management or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 5, RMA).
