Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an award winning, national specialist care provider who have been recognised continuously for their care, portfolio and standards.

The home we are recruiting for is in Swindon and provides high quality residential care, tailored care for adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. It is purpose built and located in a good area with access to local amenities.

Our client is seeking a Registered Manager to join the home and continue to improve standards, you will be responsible for registering with CQC as the registered manager and maintaining key links with local healthcare professionals and the community. You will support, mentor and coach the staff team and encourage individual training and career development opportunities.

Maintaining compliance with CQC will be a key focus as well as ensuring the home is performing and in budget. And most importantly as the Registered Manager you will be continuously seeking ways to provide, outstanding, innovative care.

To be considered for the role you will be:

  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willing to work towards
  • Proven track record managing a similar service
  • Excellent working knowledge of CQC & legislation
  • Good financial understanding and managing a budget
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Effective & inclusive leadership & management style

Remuneration

  • £36,000pa
