About the Role of Registered Manager:
As the Registered Manager, you'll be at the heart of creating a nurturing environment for children under our care. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, and ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently maintained. Moreover, there's the exciting potential to take on Dual Registration of a 2nd Solo provision, promising new challenges and opportunities for advancement.
Exciting Salary Growth Opportunity:
Upon successful registration of the second home, the salary for this position will rise to £85,000, reflecting your expanded responsibilities and contribution to our mission
