NonStop Care is working with one of the UK's leading providers of specialist education, care and activities, they are looking for a Registered Manager to lead their Family Assessment Centre in Dudley.

As an Registered Manager you will be working closely with the Service Manager and Operations manager to assist the development and growth of the service, allowing you to have greater job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for liaising with Ofsted, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation
* Ensure that the service provides families with a high-quality professional service in a calm environment, focused on safety
* Provide leadership, supervision, containment, and training and development for the Team Leaders and Family Support Workers
* Form part of the wider Management Team, being influential in setting and achieving high
