We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of adult care facility. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional care.

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents.

- Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop individualised care plans.

- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medical care and medication administration.

- Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting audits and implementing improvements as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, staff training, and facility operations.

- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Level 5 in Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred).

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in organising and prioritising tasks effectively.

- Sound understanding of relevant regulations and legislation governing care facilities.
