Registered Domiciliary Manager

Position: Registered Domiciliary Manager / Dom Care

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong manager, deputy manager or care coordinator looking for a new challenge in a growing company.

The role

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver the high standards of care to service users in line with legislative policies.
• You'll ensure that care workers follow policies and procedures.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of care workers, care coordinator.
• Be accountable for health and safety in accordance with all statutory requirements,
• Evaluating the performance of staff and quality of service
• Effectively manage complaints and incidents and carry out investigations relating to the quality of the service.
• Make sure a written individually tailored care and support plan has been created and agreed.
• Participating in the selection and compatibility of potential new residents, their assessment, and transition.
• Liaise with external Agencies as appropriate

Key Skills

• Demonstrable experience as a Registered Manager in a CQC regulated service (Homecare, Dom Care)
• Ideally have good CQC knowledge
• Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Experience leading multi disciplinary teams and achieving minimum Ofsted rating 'Good
• Must drive
