This is an exciting opportunity with a large domiciliary care branch, they are delivering over 5000 hours of care per week, mainly with the local authorities. They are looking for a Registered Manager with lots of experience in managing large services and teams.   

The company I am working with are forward thinking and looking to continue on their growth path. They provide domiciliary care to elderly clients and are one of the largest companies to do so in the country!
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
  • To manage the office staff – Care Manager Care Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors and Carers
  • To build and maintain relationships with the local authorities
  • Focus on compliance and quality within the service
  • Identify areas to grow the branch
  • Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
  • Experience in domiciliary care
  • Experience of managing large services and working with local authorities
  • Ambitious individual who is looking to progress
  • Positive attitude
  • Passionate about high quality care
