A unique opportunity to join a leading property business as a regional valuer working around the North -West on behalf of some of the UK’s largest new build providers.
If you have experience within new build or residential valuations and would like a challenge in a busy market, this could be the role for you.
Job Requirements
- Conduct accurate residential appraisals and valuations on behalf of clients based on current market conditions within the sector.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, including property descriptions, market analysis, and recommended valuation figures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular market research to stay up to date with current industry trends and legislation.
- Maintain and enhance professional relationships with clients.
- Travel to various locations around the North West to conduct valuations and meet with clients when required.
Job Skills
- Previous experience in residential valuations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate valuation findings and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to use and understand property valuation equipment and software.
- Ability to drive is essential
