The role


  • Overseeing the opening and closing of various stores.
  • Managing stock control efficiently.
  • Supervising and nurturing the sales team to ensure KPIs are met, and orders are accurately processed.
  • Maintaining the store's cleanliness, as well as overseeing all H&S aspects.
  • Efficiently managing cash, credit, and customer communications.

From you


A valid and clean UK driving license is crucial, as your role involves travelling to different store locations as needed. Previous retail experience, especially from trade, auto, or parts stores, is an advantage. Your ability to cultivate robust business relationships to drive sales and ensure repeat business will help, as you’ll get monthly bonuses depending on your store's performance! Furthermore, inspiring your team to reflect the same enthusiasm and energy will be vital in creating a welcoming environment for both tradesmen and the general public.


Important Stuff:

Salary: £27,372 + Bonus (OTE £33,000) per annum + Company Car

Locations: Any South East England Stores
