Our client, a highly respected player in the logistics sector, is looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Regional Sales Manager to drive profitability by delivering exceptional results.

The role

The main purpose of this Regional Sales Manager role is to achieve the regional revenue and profit target in line with the annual budget set

This is a hands-on commercial role and you will be responsible for ensuring the team’s sales performance levels are achieved at all times

You will input in an informed and accurate way into budgeting and forecasting depot performance and control costs in line with depot size

With commercial acumen, you will recognise when investment needs to be made to support profitable business growth and ensure that the necessary resources are in place to enable the delivery of regional targets

You will monitor and support your team providing regular communications, encouraging feedback and contribution of ideas and initiatives

Can be based in the North West Region

As Regional Sales Manager, you will enjoy working with customers to maintain and develop existing and new revenue streams.

The applicant

With previous experience of running a sales team with full commercial responsibility you will have proven success in achieving sales growth, revenue and profit targets

You will have worked in the logistics sector in a 3PL, pallet, parcel or transport logistics provider

At least 5 years business to business sales experience
