Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale support.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to improve sales techniques, processes, and customer satisfaction.

What Our Client is Seeking:

  • Sales Acumen: Previous B2B field sales experience is essential, along with strong IT and numeric skills to understand and analyse sales data.
  • Passion for Coffee: While coffee industry experience is advantageous, a genuine love for coffee and a desire to excel in sales are essential. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for the product and the industry.
  • Drive and Initiative: Our client seeks individuals with self-motivation to thrive in a dynamic sales environment, embracing change and driving innovation. Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative is highly valued.
  • Relationship Building: Your ability to network and build strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be crucial. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others are essential for success in this role.
  • Adaptability: The successful candidate will be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is highly valued.
