An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as Regional Sales Manager, covering Scotland & the North of England. Your main responsibilities include managing a region of 8 self-employed Franchisees, offering ongoing training and support in the field and in house, to provide first class service and sales growth in line with the Franchise agreement and Company objectives. In the short term there will also be the management of a company owned territory based in Stirling.

You will assist the Franchisees in operating their business efficiently, to achieve maximum profitability within their business, to exceed the Company’s performance standards on sales, growth and customer service in accordance with the Franchise Agreement.

You will encourage a culture of self-development, mutual support, and trust within the franchisee network.  This requires effective communication, analytical skills, determination to succeed and an empathetic attitude.

You will be responsible for a limited amount of regional account development including prospecting, sales presentations, attending regional shows, developing planned displays, agreeing seasonal requirements, stock uplifts, fixture installations, promotions and advertising.

We are looking for someone with Sales and Team Management experience within the Greeting Card or similar environment and ideally with Franchise experience (although not essential).  You will be highly organised, self-motivated with proven commercial awareness.  You will also be a strong communicator effective in developing relationships. 

A full driving licence is required for this role.
