Our client is a large diverse and dynamic Insurance business that is part of an expanding wider group which operates across 9 countries with thousands of staff and expanding rapidly.

The Insurance arm is going through a lot of growth and are looking to recruit an experiences Regional Sales Director to work closely with the Managing Director and take full responsibility for all areas of sales in the region across a branch network.

With a specialism in Commercial and specialist areas of Insurance the business works with great clients and is constantly building network and pipeline.

The company has in place a large lead generation team and established marketing teams that you will work with and ensure that they are producing solid leads and content to help the business grow and reach their target clients.

Your duties will be varied and include:

  • Wearing a commercial as well as a sales hat.
  • Helping to define the sales strategy for the branches and the region as a whole.
  • Take ownership of pipeline and revenue delivery.
  • Provide a high level and branch level support to the Account Executives within the branch.
  • Provide support on client meetings from a management and strategic level.

You must have a proven track record within the insurance sector as a successful sales leader and manager.

The company offers outstanding career progression and there is an opportunity to eventually get some equity in the business to provide some med/long term wealth creation.

Time will be spent, 3rd in regional Branches, 3rd in Local office & Home, 3rd on Sales Meeting.
