Regional Registered Manager - Children’s Homes

Location: Oxford

Salary- £50-70,000 dependent on experience + company benefits

Our client provides specialist education and care for children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. They’re committed to achieving the best outcomes for their young people, offering growth opportunities for all of their staff.

As a Regional Manager, you'll provide expert support and guidance to the Children’s Homes in a specified area. You'll ensure high standards are maintained, working towards or maintaining an 'Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.

Responsibilities:

  • Support compliance with regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Provide operational support and direction to homes.
  • Act as a short-term cover for homes lacking Registered Managers.
  • Lead in the establishment and operation of new provisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager of a home with Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience of the Ofsted inspection process
  • Knowledge of child protection and health and safety issues
  • Fully conversant with the quality standards 2015, Children’s Homes Regulations and looked after process
  • Full UK driving license required
  • SEN Experience
