£50,000-55,000 DOE plus £5,000 Car Allowance, up to 10% Bonus and Package. Flexible & Hybrid Working.
Home Based - Covering West of England, Wales and Midlands.

An experienced HR Business Partner is sought, to join a leading high street retailer, in an exciting regional focused opportunity.

Supporting the Head of People and working alongside store and area managers, this commercially focused position will offer huge diversity; building people and manager capability, developing, shaping and, implementing effective business plans and people strategies and, providing a professional, trusted, customer-focused people service to the business.

Suitable applicants will have experience working at a People Partner/HR Business Partner level, with exceptional stakeholder management skills, gained from a multisite (retail, leisure, healthcare or similar) environment. You must be adept with MI reporting & interpretation, possess a solid commercial acumen and, be able to drive change in a fast-paced environment.

N.B. This role will be home based, with 2-3 days/week on the road at various locations in the West , Wales and Midlands. Ideally you will live close to the M4/M5/M6, either in Birmingham, Gloucestershire, Bristol or Wiltshire, to allow easier access to the stores you'll be looking after.
