Our exclusive clients have an opportunity to join their Operations Team covering Scotland

Reporting directly to the Head of National Operations and collaborating with the wider Operations team, the Regional Operations Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining successful relationships with customer operations and service partners.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the execution of their service commitments in alignment with agreed customer SLAs.

This role involves delivering a robust operating solution within the assigned customer base or geography, focusing on compliance, cost management, service quality, and tyre asset optimization. Additionally, the Regional Operations Manager supports the Sales & Account Management teams in identifying and converting local new business opportunities.

Basic Salary £45K negotiable
Company Car - Fully Expensed
Commission Available 10% of package
25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
