An exciting opportunity has arisen opportunity for a Regional Estate Agency Manager to oversee multiple branches across the North East.

As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for the supporting the individual branch managers and their teams, helping to drive the business forward and increase profit whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This role requires the candidate to be able to operate flexibly and represent each branch’s interests and needs separately whilst also maintaining focus on the overall company goals.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Supervision of the branches within your allocated region
• Support and develop the branch managers and their teams to help them achieve their goals/targets and increase market share.
• Monitor the performance of the individual branches and the managers, Identifying areas where improvements are needed and implementing plans with the branch managers to remedy this and providing praise and feedback where it is appropriate.
• Liaise closely with the Managing Director to help grow the business overall.
• Ensure each branch is fully staffed to ensure the branch can run efficiently.
• Identify areas where additional training needs are required.
• Ensure all escalated complaints are details with in an effective and timely manner.

A full driving licence is essential for this role

Company car or monthly car allowance provided

Salary: £40,000.00 basic however we would expect on target earnings to be in the region of £75k
